1- تُعرض البحوث المقدمة للنشر في المجلة علي اثنين من المحکمين المتخصصين من أعضاء الهيئة الاستشارية من المشهود لهم بالکفاءة العلمية والدقة في تقييم البحوث ويتم ذلك بطريقة سرية ويکون لها القرار النهائي في قبول البحث للنشر أو عدم قبوله ويکون لها أيضاً التوصية بإجراء التعديلات اللازمة حتي يتم قبول البحث للنشر.
2- في حالة تعارض رأي المحکمين في قبول البحث للنشر من رفضه والوصول إلي نتيجة سلبية (موافقة +رفض) يتم اللجوء لمحکم ثالث لتحديد القرار النهائئ لقبول البحث أو عدم قبوله.
3- في حالة وجود تعديلات علي البحث يُعاد البحث للباحث لإجراء التعديلات المطلوبة بکل دقة ثم إعادة کتابته بنفس القواعد والشروط وإعادة إرسال النسخة الأصلية مع النسخة المُعدلة إلي المجلة بالبريد الإلکتروني مع الإشادة وتمييز الأجزاء التي تم تعديلها بشکل يسهل المقارنة بينهما علي المحکمين.
1- The research submitted for publication in the journal is presented to two specialized referees who are members of the advisory board and are known for their scientific competence and accuracy in evaluating the research.This Process is done in a confidential manner. The two specialized referees have the final decision on whether or not to accept the research for publication, they also have the right to recommend making the necessary amendments until the research is accepted for publication.
2- In case of conflict between the opinions of the reviewers in accepting the research for publication or rejecting it and reaching out a negative result (approval + rejection), a third arbitrator is resorted to determine the final decision to accept or not accept the research.
3- In case there are modifications to the research, The research is returned to the researcher to make the required amendments accurately, then rewrite it with the same rules and conditions, and re-send the original version with the amended version to the magazine by e-mail, highlighting the parts that were modified in a way that makes it easy for the reviewers to compare them.
